Skipping over the steps of how to login to the Joomla's back end control panel (J CP), and starting with the assumption that you know how to login into the J CP.
Please note that I do not get paid to write these articles.
Steps
- Select Template Manager from the Extensions menu at top of J CP.
- Check the box for the template you want to become the default template, and then click on the Default button.
- You will see the star on the row of the them you want to become the default usage show a colored star. You will also see a Message that says the "Default style successfully set".
Now go back to your website and refresh/reload the page and you will see it show with the style of the theme you chose.
